1. Introduction
SandPlay (“SandPlay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how SandPlay handles information in connection with the SandPlay mobile application (the “App”).
Our privacy approach is simple:
SandPlay does not collect, store, use, sell, or share personal information about individuals through the App.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. SandPlay does not collect information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to an individual user or their device.
SandPlay does not use the App to create user profiles, track individual users, or monitor individual user behavior.
2. No User Accounts
The App does not require or provide user accounts, registration, login credentials, or user profiles.
Device Tracking
SandPlay does not use the app to track individual devices or create profiles based on device activity.
SandPlay does not use the App to identify individual devices, associate device activity with an individual, or track users across applications or websites.
Analytics or Advertising Tracking
SandPlay does not use the app for analytics, advertising, tracking, or behavioral-profiling technologies in the App to collect information about individual users or their devices.
SandPlay does not sell or share individual user information for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may process or store information locally on your device as necessary for the App’s functionality.
When information is processed or stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to SandPlay.
SandPlay does not use locally stored information to identify individual users or establish individual user profiles.
4. Information Collected by Apple
Although SandPlay does not collect personal information through the App, Apple may independently collect information in connection with your use of an Apple device, the App Store, or Apple services.
For example, Apple may collect information associated with:
- Your Apple Account
- App purchases and downloads
- App installation and update activity
- Device operation
- Security and fraud prevention
- App Store analytics
- Apple services and infrastructure
Information collected independently by Apple is governed by Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.
SandPlay does not control Apple’s privacy practices and does not receive or maintain information collected independently by Apple unless expressly stated in this Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or user-profiling services to collect information about individual users or their devices.
If the App contains links to third-party websites or services, those third parties may independently collect information when you interact with their services.
SandPlay does not control the privacy practices of third parties and encourages you to review their applicable privacy policies.
6. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Because SandPlay does not collect personal information about individual users through the App, SandPlay does not sell, rent, or share such information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
7. Data Retention
SandPlay does not maintain a database of personal information collected from users of the App.
Information that may be independently retained by Apple or another third party is governed by that party’s respective privacy policy and retention practices.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Because SandPlay does not collect or maintain personal information about individual users through the App, there is generally no personal information held by SandPlay that can be accessed, corrected, deleted, or exported in response to an App-user privacy request.
9. Data Security
Because SandPlay does not collect or maintain personal information about individual App users, SandPlay does not maintain a database of user personal information requiring the security measures ordinarily associated with such databases.
SandPlay nevertheless takes reasonable measures to protect its systems and services against unauthorized access, misuse, or disruption.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
SandPlay may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or SandPlay’s privacy practices.
If SandPlay begins collecting personal information through the App or introduces analytics, advertising, user accounts, tracking technologies, or other data-collection practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated to accurately describe those practices.
The updated version will be identified by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
